What are the opening hours for breakfast?
Breakfast takes place from Monday to Friday, from 6am to 10am and on weekends and holidays from 6:30am to 10:30am, in all hotels in the Estanplaza chain.

Can I have breakfast without being a guest?
Yes. You can enjoy a full breakfast buffet with freshly prepared dishes.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Rates at Estanplaza hotels start at 2pm and close at noon.

What time can I check in until?
You can check in at any time from 2pm onwards at all Estanplaza hotels.

Can I do late checkout?
Yes. After noon, the standard checkout time, we offer the option of late checkout upon prior request and/or availability and subject to an additional fee.

What is the Suite House concept?
Providing a homely feel, the Suite House concept was developed to bring more comfort to guests' routines. The apartments in the Estanplaza chain have three spaces: a work area, a sleeping area and a living room.

Do you have a triple room?
At Estanplaza International, you can book the Family category - an apartment with a double bed and two single beds. At other units in the chain, you can request the inclusion of an extra single bed, subject to availability.

What services are included in the hosting?
All reservations include breakfast and complimentary Wi-Fi.

Can I stay with pets?
Yes. At Estanplaza hotels, each apartment can accommodate 1 small pet (puppy or cat) (9cm to 35cm in height and 10kg).

What are the SPA's opening hours?
At the Gran Estanplaza Berrini, Estanplaza Funchal-Faria Lima and Estanplaza Paulista units, you can enjoy the SPA, which is open to guests and passers-by.

I forgot or lost an item at the hotel, what should I do?
If you lose or forget an item in your apartment or another part of the hotel, contact Estanplaza by phone (11 3059-3277) and provide your reservation number and, if possible, the apartment number so that the unit's staff can locate your belongings.

Do you have vegan or vegetarian options for breakfast?
Currently, breakfast buffets at Estanplaza hotels offer options of bread, tapioca and fruit. If guests have any dietary restrictions, they can notify us in advance after booking on the website or at check-in upon arrival at the property so that our team can provide a specific item.

Can I pay the daily rate in installments?
It is currently not possible to pay the daily rate in installments.

Can I smoke in the hotel room?
The law prohibits the use of tobacco-based or non-tobacco-based smokeless products in public areas. This is why hotels are 100% smoke-free. If smoking is found in a hotel room, a fine equivalent to the cost of one night's stay will be charged.

How do I get the invoice for my accommodation?
If the reservation was made directly through the Estanplaza website, you can request the invoice from the reception team at the unit where you were staying.
